So impressed with this company

So impressed with this company! I placed my order a couple of weeks before I needed the trophy, thinking this would allow plenty time for the item to be created and delivered. But I had been in a hurry when I placed the order and had completely missed/ignored the big banner on the website that clearly stated I should have contacted them to let them know I needed the item for a specific date. So 4 days before the big day the trophy still hadn't arrived and I was starting to get nervous so I emailed customer service and they rushed the order through for me and sent it express courier at no extra cost, even though it was my own stupid fault that caused the problem! I am so grateful to them for getting the trophy to me on time. Wow, what exceptional customer service!

First time use of TrophyStore.

I have used TrophyStore only the once really looking for some sort of trophy to award during a safety week in my workplace. I was surprised how good the trophy was for the money, a decent size and quite heavy. It perhaps took a little longer than I expected to arrive but they did warn me that it may do due to the current working climate. After receiving the email notification that it had been dispatched it arrived the very next day. Overall an excellent service and I will definitely use them again.

Runner Medals

The quality of the medals and ribbon were very good. They represented good value for money. Engraving was accurate and readable. The only criticism would be keeping me up-to-date with the order progress, but a quick phone call re-assured me with precise details of delivery. As a running club we continue to use TrophyStore, which is the most important recommendation!
