Excellent communication and frequent email updates. Staff even checking my requested engraving was correct on one item, as it was noted engraving spelt slightly differently to others when completing order online. Order corrected with email confirmation and when I contacted following concern I may not have items for boys football presentation day, staff upgraded my order to priority postage and I received the following day. Lovely items too. All set for a great presentation day on Sat now. Definately re-order from them again.
