I have already sent an email and review to trophystore bloody waste of time.

I have already sent a review to trophystore because the experience I had was ridiculous. I bought around the £200 Mark of trophies for a kid's football team called Ambleside masters U9s FC. They had another very successful season and deserved the trophies. Because we had no sponsor to buy them I spent my own money on trophystores trophies. So you will understand why I'm so angry and disappointed with them. I can't remember date's as I just put it all behind me. Anyway when I ordered them there advert said 3/5 days i think it was on a Tuesday so I told trophystore the following Wednesday would be ok as I had a venue for the presentation party for that Friday. The trophies never arrived so had to postpone costing me £75.So reboked i was lucky getting it. I rang and was told another date would arrive few days later but not arrived so again cost me £75 to cancel venue again. I couldn't get another venue the one I had couldn't reebok again. I was lucky a friend of mine got me a social club for the presentation for the kid's for £15. I rang trophystore and told them about my situation they informed me that they would arrive ie sent out next day but I rang them again to find out if they were definitely going to arrive i was told no it would be a couple of days. I did get them the morning (Friday )of the party l felt so angry and embarrassed of what happened. The parents were also disappointed for their son's and resulted in a lot of them saying they would not recommend trophystore to friends and other people and would inform other team's etc and sorry I'm in the same way. We with the kids being so good are invited every where to competitions etc but with the amount of money it's cost me for trophies and venue etc and the kids football team are U9s it's a disgrace .oh and a trophy was missing for one of the coaches. The coaches trophie i bought and ingraved i bought somewhere else just cost me £8-50 .so i can't give a good review trophystore has cost me to much money but they are U9s kid's and deserved there presentation of trophies but trophystore didn't seem to care about that i did inform them when i bought the trophies and also in the instruction box when ordering. Also every time I rang i also told them what they were for. Forgot to say one of the players name was spelt wrong but the child didn't mind i did. I said all this on my last email review but I don't think it's even read as nothing at all came from the last one. I know I'm not getting anything back like a goodwill jesture etc so like the parents i won't be recommend trophystore. This email will probably be discarded so I won't do anymore it's waist of time i didn't even tell them about the trophie missing again waist of time. Let me remind you that's if this email is read. They messed me about/they disappointed kid's/they got order messed up and they cost me a lot of my money I'm 74 and had to use some of my funeral savings .they are called Ambleside masters U9s FC. Was a terrible experience for everyone involved and cost me extra. So I think you will understand why it's not a good review. Can you please prove to me this email is actually read and if possible pass this on to trophystore. Thankyou.

I came across the trophy store online as I was looking for a something for a graduation present, trophy store had called me as I stated a date I needed it for to explain that the delivery would need to be updated so I can get it for the date I needed it for. I received a further call to explain the trophy was on its way. Great communication and great service . Will definitely be back.
