I was very pleased with the final product and Trophy Store took great care to meet my requirements for the engraving, particularly the logos, which were quite a challenge in some respects. I am happy to report that the recipient was also very pleased and impressed with her award! The customer service was very good and the company provided an online facility that enabled you to keep track of progress with the award and also the delivery by the courier service.
