Excellent Service
Excellent, very prompt and polite service. They expedited my trophy because of an event it needed to be ready by, which they didn't have to do - I'd already ordered it,and ordered it late. Excellent product as well. My only slight disappointment was the case the trophy came in wasn't quite as good quality as the trophy itself. Will definitely be using this service again.

Usually apprehensive about purchasing…
Usually apprehensive about purchasing this sort of item on line in case there is a problem. Unfortunately the item was damaged when it arrived and I did not check it right away, when I did it was just out of the 14 day guarantee period.
I contacted customer services and explained the issue and they simply couldn’t have been better. Item replaced and arrived within 2 days. Excellent service.

Great purchase. Item was well priced and great quality. It turned up ahead of schedule, well packaged.
The trophy even came with a presentation box that adds to the whole thing.
I also received a follow up email to ensure everything was ok.

Superb customer service - communication is made promptly when there are any queries.
Quality of products is great.
Delivery is super fast and when I wasn't in to receive the package I was notified by their courier with a photo of the location and managed to arrange an alternative delivery date (& location) with photographic evidence that the parcel had been left in my "safe place".

Exceptionally fast delivery. The trophy is wonderful for the price, and the engraving is perfect. The disc in the centre of the trophy (2019 one) is a little crooked, but otherwise I have no complaints. Very well packaged and the free Haribos were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
