Granddaughter over the moon
I was worried when ordering a trophy for my granddaughter that it would turn out to be "a bit of tat".
Delivery was timely, the trophy was apparently quite weighty, but best of all my granddaughter was over the moon with it and proudly displays it as I have also done on Facebook.

I was a bit dubious of using a mail order company for a trophy that is to be presented. Would the engraving be ok? Will it arrive as quickly as promised? Would the trophy be as good as it looked?
I was worrying for nothing. All aspects of the transaction turned out perfectly. I was very impressed with the whole thing. I will have no hesitation in using them again.

I have on occasion had 1 or 2 trophies from trophy store but recently I had occasion to order a large quantity for my presidents day I got the same excellent service with this large order as I had with 1 or 2 single orders service is quick delivery safe and well on time if I had occasion to phone the girls on line were really on the ball and overall I can't fault this company it's service and personal approach is unbeatable I thank them and have no hesitation in recommending them, john hardy
