Excellent service
Ordered our shield and engraving at 2.30pm on Friday by Saturday morning I had a text to say it would be delivered on Monday. Courier gave us an hour time slot for delivery and arrived on time. It was well and securely packaged. On opening it up we were delighted with the contents. All round great service

GREAT Service
What can I say? I made a last minute (17.49 hrs!) purchase on Thursday March 9th for a shield and 12 medals - all engraved. I desperately needed them for 15th March - noon at the latest. They arrived .... Monday morning! Someone must have stayed up all night Friday completing them for me - surely?!Great service - great product - great help over the 'phone .... I would definitely recommend Trophy Store!

From the moment of choosing, checking for stock with an online chat host, re-choosing, ordering and including the inscription of my choice to honour my late husband and to delivery of the trophy, I cannot fault Trophy store. Although I was unaware of the draft inscription until a lovely young lady rang to ask me if it was OK, then to my approval of the inscription and the delivery TWO days later of the trophy, I am very, very, very impressed with their total service package and would not hesitate to place another order. Speedy, efficient, & good quality
I only ordered the one medal but it was within days of the event as a last minute surprise for my partners' first race - it arrived in plenty of time and was perfect in the engraving and quality of the medal. The ribbon is a little on the thin side but this is personal preference and is fine for the weight of the medal.
