Genuinely brilliant service
I'm not really one to write reviews online but this really was incredible service. I received my delivery the day after I ordered and was even e-mailed the morning of delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot! If only Amazon/Ikea etc could take a leaf out of this book. The products I ordered were exactly as described and really great quality.

Very professional

Great service, was kept well-informed!
I ordered some medals for our karate club last month and the arrived safely and on time for the event. I also received numerous Emails keeping me informed about the whereabouts of my parcel and a refined delivery time and date. On the morning of the delivery I received a text message and E mail to let me know what time I would receive the parcel which was great as I could plan the rest of my day rather than staying in all day waiting! The medals were reasonably priced and of good quality, I have since ordered two more trophies and will definitely be using it again as we will no doubt be doing more events with our club .

Value for money, quick delivery and very fit for purpose
Went for the cheapest squash trophies and felt a bit unsure as they were so cheap but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. The receiving team loved them.

Friendly, Helpful and Efficient!!!
I only had 1 week to order trophies for a company event and they had to be delivered to Ireland. I rang trophy store (at 5pm on a Tuesday) and they assured me that the delivery would arrive the following Tuesday and it did.The trophies are fabulous and exactly look like they did on the website so you really get what you wanted.Will definetely use them again next year.

Lots to choose from and something for every budget. Ordered glass plaques for company quiz night. Received e-mails confirming delivery time and date and arrived just as stated. Fantastic value for money
Very pleased and so is my Son. I bought the football trophy as his mum dropped the original one and broke it. The one from Trophy Store turned out to be bigger and better quality. The other trophy i bought is for a retirement present and i know the person involved will be over the moon. Thank You.

fantastic service and a really first class product
I ordered this from trophy store on friday 9 march plus appropriate engraving on the body of the cup and it was delivered to me 16 march. the trophy was purchased as a memorial for my late father and is being donated by my wife and i to his golf club where he was a member for over 40 years. i just have to write to thank trophy store for the fantastic product and service. the cup is simply stunning and the service has been exceptional with email updates to inform me of despatch and anticipated delivery together with a 1 hour time slot provided by DPD on the morning of delivery who arrived precisely on time. many thanks for for a wonderful product and terrific service.
