Misleading website, but problem resolved quickly

I brought a presentation box from the website, which looked like it was a gold wooden presentation box. This turned out to be a cardboard box. I was not very pleased so rang up the company, who have offered me a full refund, which is very nice of them. The delivery charge for one item, cost more than the item itself which is also not great. It arrived in a massive box which could have been cut down to lower the charges.

I have ordered many items over the internet. Trophy Store has in my experience just raced to the top. An easy to use Web site, easy to order, And excellent communication by email and txt message. Everything they said would happen...happened. Nice one Trophy Store, keep up the great work.

good speedy delivery

Ordered 12 medals and 12 ribbons, they arrived quickly but 1 ribbon was missing, rang store and they apologised and resent another ribbon which arrived following day, very pleased with service and will recommend to anyone, good value for money!

great product, great customer service and great communication

The service I got from The Trophy Store was brilliant from start to finish. They gave me very honest product advice, helped me with my worries about engraving and turned around the order so quickly, it was great. I had to go back to them a few days later as one of the winner's had misplaced an award and once again they sorted me out in no time at all. From the minute I placed the order, they kept me informed - especially when it came to delivery. Will definitely use them again. In fact I won't be looking anywhere else!

Would reccomend your site to eveyone

As usual i left my prize giving trophy situation right till the last minuet. I wasnt expecting my order to reach me in time,however i was very impressed to recive my engraved cup in 3 days,and for the price i paid it was fantastic value for money.

Quick and easy

We were very happy with the trophy that we chose and it was exactly as expected when it arrived. The one negative was the engraving of the panel - which had capitalisations in odd places and the font changed size within the same sentence. However, trophy store was very helpful and re-did the required engravings and sent them to us very quickly. I would happily recommend them and use them again.

Good speedy service

The man from trophy store contacted me about a query I had. He was informative, friendly and very helpful. Although I would have loved the glass trophy engraved rather than the brass plate. Unfortunately this service is not offerred, no matter what it costs. The delivery was prompt and the goods recieved as described. All-in-all a very good experience.

FANTASTIC

i approached trophy store as we are holding a charity darts night on behalf of parkinsons. they were only to happy to help us and donated us 2 darts trophy plus engraving free of charge and although i didnt get the order in till just before closing on the tuesday they went over the inscriptions on them and said they will be with me on thursday . thursday morning at 8.30 they arrived a pleasure to work with and will do so for many trophys well done and thankyou

Cheap but does not look so!

I am quite pleased with the Table Tennis trophy I purchased from Trophy Store. The engraving was made to order and the trophy was delivered very quickly. It looks very good, it has got some weight to it so does not feel "cheap". I would have preferred a larger trophy however, and the largest one offered by Trophy Store was just about 19cm. But very pleased all together! It is a good way to create more interest in the tournament we are organising at a small cost.
