if I received one of these trophies, i'd feel amazing

This is the first time that I've used 'Trophy Store' and it certainly won't be the last. I purchased 2 trophies for an achievement award and hope to do this frequently (termly) I know the selected pupils will be absolutely thrilled with them. In the past I've only ever been able to find sporting goods and trying to find something that would suit dancing was limited. However not anymore! Thank you, you have a very satisfied and happy customer. Speed with the delivery was also quick.

Quick and easy

Very easy to place order which was done on a Sunday. Email to confirm order, then Email day before delivery to advise of arrival, then email on morning of delivery to tell me what 1hour delivery slot had been allocated. Which arrived 30 mins into that 1 hour slot. very efficent. Would use again.

A very good product at a very good price.

I ordered the "man of the match" award for my 7 year old son. I paid the extra pound to have it engraved (which made his day) and I am pleased with the quality of it. Also I thought that the emails regarding delivery were excellent. I would definately order from this website again.

Great products, service let me down badly this time

I use Trophy store to purchase all my trophies for my schools project which runs throughout the year. The quality of the products is great and previously the delivery has been as well. For my last event I ordered 4 trophies and was very clear from the outset when I needed these by and had several emails confirming that delivery was ok. 3 trophies turned up on time. The most important and most expensive turned up late and missed the event, which was not only embarrassing for me as a company for the project, but immediately made the spend on a glass trophy a waste of money. Really really disappointed given how much I had emphasised on the importance of the delivery date.

Excellent delivery - product quality not so good.

Received the order very promptly and was advised too, in a most timely fashion, exactly, within a couple of hours, when I could expect delivery - that was excellent. Alas the engraved plate slid off the trophy within 20 minutes of its arrival and so I have just had to spend the last 20 minutes or so trying to fix it with super glue - this was not so good.

A company that will bend over backwards for their customers!

We went to Trophy Store for our awards because the price looked good, however we got a lot more than we were expecting. The awards we originally enquired about couldn't be produced how we wanted. Sian and the team at Trophy Store pulled out all the stops to ensure our expectations were exceeded and delivered us awards better than we could have hoped for. The professionalism and customer services shown by Trophy Store will mean I go no where else now for our awards.

Good all round service

Although our original choice was out of stock, we were offered an equal alternative within hours of placing our order. Brilliant! Cannot recommend enough!

I used trophy store last year to order some trophy's for my cheerleading squad. I remember them being good so I ordered from them again this year and couldn't believed how fast and efficient the service was! I had constant updates on my order so know exactly where it was and how far along. It was engraved and dispatched the next day and i even got a notice to say the time it would be delivered! I cannot recommend enough and will definitely be using again next year!

Golly gosh my trophys were posh!!
