Great products and great service

The ordering process was very easy and the quality of the trophies received was good. The best bit is they keep you updated as to when your delievery will be, first by email then text message. They said delievery between 1110am and 1210 pm and trophies arrived 1145am.....brilliant. Other online store can learn from this service. The only negative point is the minimum order value for free postage is rather high at £100. My order was £370 so not a problem, but I have a re-order to do and its less than £100 :-(

Fab trophy, speedy delivery

ordered a gardening trophy as part of a birthday pressie. Bargain price, when I asked my husband how much he thought it cost, he guessed £30!! Was really surprised when I told him what it really cost! And that including the engraving as well. Would return to this site again for sure

Excellent trophies, high quality

Communication excellent. I was informed of the delivery time, when the delivery couldn't be made due to my school being closed, redelivery was very easy to do, only took a minute. Only criticism my name was not on the package which meant I had to search the school for a few days as it had gone to a different department.

Good items and poor customer centricity!

We ordered about 17 trophies for my niece's 10th birthday. Opened about 6, 1 was damaged (sunflower) and the overall finish was poor. We called to request if they could replace it with another one similar to the 12 others (cat design). However trophy store refused and said they could only replace the damaged one with the same design...does not make any sense given there was very little, if any price difference. Soured our whole experience.

excellent service!

I ordered 4 trophies. I wasnt sure of one of the names to be engraved on the trophy and phoned the Trophy Store. The customer service person I dealt with was very efficient and helpful and ensured my order was processed but the trophy with details outstanding was ordered and would be held back until details could be confirmed. All trophies were received on time and v.good quality. Communication from the Trophy store was excellent - emails telling times and dates for dispatch which were spot on. Highly recommend!

Professional and speedy delivery

I bought two trophies for my class at school and the children love them both. They are of great quality and appear to be very sturdy as well. The delivery was very professional and very quick - I was kept up to date with the exact date and time (within a certain hour) of my delivery and was not disappointed. Very pleased and looking forward to Presentation Ceremony

Once the order had despatched, tracking was made very easy and the trophies looked great when they arrived. There was a delay because of quality control issues, but it was good to know that the Trophy Store was keeping a good eye on things! The "lady on the end of the phone" couldn't have been more helpful!

I was particularly impressed by the service I recieved on behalf of Portslade Bowls Club for our club annual trophies .I even recieved a call soon after my order offering to add gaps between words etc even though it took my order over the 50 permitted characters I had paid only £1 per trophy ,all this free of charge & the postage was free. any help I required they provided.TOP SERVICE

I found the web site easy to use and the ordering procedure was very straight forward, I did some research prior to ordering from this company and found their prices to be extremely competitive. The shield I ordered was very good quality. I was very impressed with their delivery courier who gave me a delivery window of just over one hour and delivered within that window.

Human's over the phone, what a relief!

There was an issue with my submitted text (too long for the plaque). Trophy Store called me and sorted it out straight away. Then the Trophy arrived the very next day, delivered exactly as I requested - much sooner than I expected. A prompt, quality service with real people talk to if you need to. I'm very pleased with the result.

service excellent, quality very good, carriage charges high

my experience was very good. my only complaint is that the carriage charges are disproprtionately high on lower value items - a third of my £20 budget was eaten up by the costs of postage. Communication was very good. The order arrived when they said it would and was very well boxed (probably too much as the product box wasa much smaller than the box it was shipped in - maybe there lies an opportunity to reduce carriage costs?)
