Would definitely use them again

excellent customer service around every aspect of the process. The communication with the team at Trophy Store was brilliant and they really made sure everything was as easy as possible. The simple fact that I knew to the hour what time my trophies were being delivered made a real difference and was greatly appreciated. My only request for change would be around making sure there is an option online to choose faster delivery instead of having to call - it would have been easier. Having said that, it was extremely easy to get through to the team when I did call and they made processing the order simple. Thanks!

Easy to use site, friendly staff when you phone.

I was using the site to order some trophy's for my son, I'm not the best on computers, however, even I was able to see the wonderful selection. It was my lack of confidence that made me ring to make sure my order was correct. The man I spoke to was more than helpful, very friendly and the order arrived a few days later to my son's satifaction. Thank you to the team at the Trophy Store we will be using you again and I would most defiantly recommend you.

Fast turnaround, east to use website

The ease of which you can use the website was great. From choosing the trophy down to the arrangement of the engraving made each step hassle free. Turnaround and delivery was within 5 working days too..... Great service!!

Order arrived as described, to correct address, on time

The website not only had the item I wanted in stock (and I needed 65 of them) but it was delivered to my clients address with no fuss, much in advance of the predicted time. All appropriate paperwork arrived to my office address which will keep my accountant happy. Product was as described.

An excellent company to deal with!

This was my first experience of Trophy Store and I found them to be very helpful and efficient in dealing with my enquiry and subsequent order. The trophy arrived within 2 days of the order being placed and was exactly what I was looking for. My football team were delighted with their trophy and we'll be back for more before the season ends.

Trophytastic

I ordered trophies for an awards event at work Excellent selection I was spoilt for choice. There was slight hitch (and I mean slight) with the order but the Trophy Store contacted me immediately and it was sorted straight away. Delivery as promised. Quality of trophies - excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend The Trophy Store and would definitely use them again.

Good quality, accurate engraving and quick service!

I ordered a few darts trophies for a private party and I needed them within 10 working days. There is a 'within 7 working days' delivery statement, but I checked after the 5th working day to ensure all was ok with my order and that it would arrive in time. Good customer service response that I would get it fast tracked on the 7th working day - though this is the day I should have got it on anyway. In any event, the delivery company were ready to deliver it on the 8th working day (I just had to postpone it to the 9th so I was available). But generally a good customer service and only one day later than stated, and still in time for my party. I had all 14 trophies engraved and due to the number of characters (20 or less) this was free on every trpohy. This was excellent value and they all looked fantastic. The trophies were of a good quality and reasonable price (trophies never have been cheap!). The webiste seemed to suggest that you can change the centre disc on anything, which I requested for a couple of the cups I ordered, but this didn't happen, and actually you couldn't have done it on the trophies. I assume this is not always an option in reality and it would be useful to know which ones you can and can't change centre discs on. Overall though I was very pleased with the products and service.

easy to shop from website and prompt delivery

I found it easy to find what I wanted in the budget I required. I was informed every step of the way when my delivery was dispatched and the time it was due to be delivered. I couldn't fault the service. I would definatley shop with Trophy Store again.

Generally good, but difficulties with delivery.

The website was nice and easy to use. I particularly liked being able to say I wanted my delivery to be left in the porch as I am not often at home. I was anoyed on the day of delivery when the company delivering texted to say someone must be at home to receive the order. I had to rearrange the day, and also get the delivery address changed to my work. This should be made clear on the website. The woman I spoke to at Trophy Store was unaware of the delivery company's policy.

Gold Medal Service

Returning customer. Your medals are excellent. The Scouts and Cubs Swimming Teams loved them. They are not expensive but have a solid chunky feel to them. Great value for money. The wide choice of ribbons made them really smart. Again we had them sent within a couple of days of the event and they were able to receive them the following week. I was so pleased when I came across Trophy store..... their website was very straight forward and had a fantastic selection. They had just what I was looking for at great competitive prices. Excellent Customer Service

Robot trophies still go down amazingly well and this is the second year running I have used them for this event aimed at yr6 students and young prof engineers. Would prefer the quality to be a little better as they are very easily broken and one arrived broken this year in transit. Will still use them again though as so popular!
