Excellent service from start to finish

I ordered my Tennis Trophies for the second year running & once again all the children were happy to receive them. Right from placing my order & to the additional request I made for adding name plates to the Trophies which didnt come with them, Sian was only to happy to assist. Excellent customer service, well done & I will be placing my order again next year & recommending the Trophy Store to other Tennis Coaches.

Easy, simple and great customer experience.

Easily found what I wanted, easy ordering system and as the order was urgent I called to seek quick despatch and was assured of the same. Then an email was sent to confirm order located and order would be actioned quickly (thanks to John), then the despatch details were emailed and the delivery was within a 1 hour time frame slot, just how good does the service get. Trophy Store offered a comprehensive choice of designs and the buying process was easy. Delivery arrangements were well organised. They used DPD as their couriers and the parcel arrived within the time frame indicated on their tracking website. Perfect.

Great fast service and reasonable quality product

Considering the trophy is engraved it was shipped out quickly and delivery us next day. The main trophy is of a very high standard for the cost. Unfortunately it's let down in the case of mine by the golf club which is made if plastic and arrived out of shape. It's now after some persistence bent straight but is the only let down with the product.

Product great, communication and service were excellent

I was very impressed with the service and communication given by Trophy Store, even receiving a text saying which hour the product would be delivered. The product was what we ordered, the only area for improvement to me would be the price - at £69 I thought it was around £10 overpriced. Would I use them again - yes.

Best online purchase of the year!

Very prompt service and excellent quality trophies.

The site was easy to use and the trophies represent very good value for money. Received an email confirming day of delivery and was informed which hour slot they would be delivered. Trophies were delivered in the allocated time slot. All products turned up together (20 trophies) and were all correctly engraved. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Products

The items I ordered (3 Satin Gold Football Trophies), were fantastic, much better than I thought, the engraving was spot on. The only problem I had was that I ordered 3 different size trophies and only 2 were delivered, however as soon as I phoned Trophy Store, they had the 3rd trophy sent the following day. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for trophies.

Bought 6 trophies for a golf event and am very pleased with the quality considering the reasonable price. They look quality and come in nice gift boxes too. Engraving was a simple process and the communication and speed of delivery was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to re-order for next event.

Great service. Low Price. Couldnt be better!

Trophystore did a fantastic job. I ordered a football trophy last week and it came withing a few days. The quality of the trophy is alot better than i expected, especially as the price was so low!
