A company run by humans
What many buyers fail to appreciate is that Buying on-line is all well and good so long as everything goes smoothly. What they fail to take into account other than price, is what sort of service does your supplier offer if something goes wrong. In my experience 9 companies out of 10 just aren't interested. They don't say this of course, but they put such hurdles in place you know you haven't a dogs chance actually talking to a human being. I had no problems with my order, in fact far from it, it arrived well packaged and without fault and in lightening quick time, via a courier that told me the exact time they were delivering, almost to the minute and even gave me the delivery drivers name. I needed to know something very specific about the goods due to the fact that I was sending them abroad, a service TS ought to get around to offering if they plan to take over the world, but I digress. I was able to call them, speak to a human being and was greeted by a very obliging attitude. Ten minutes later I was called back with the answer I needed. This is how on-line business should be done. BT take notice!

Great trophies. I chose two trophies, one engraved with 'Man Of The Match' and the other with 'Geezer' award. The under 12's loved them. Delivery was prompt and the option to choose a local pick up point worked in our favour as we wouldn't have been in on the original delivery date. Thanks Trophy Store
