Ordered a medal at last minute and was delighted with not only the quality of the medal but the swift turnaround time from order and the helpful progress updates from 'ready for dispatch' to 'delivered' took stress of possible late delivery away completely

Great Service.
Was kept informed at every stage of delivery which was prompt. Trophies are lovely. 3.5" is a little small and I don't know if I would give it out but but it's not like they said it was bigger! Ha ha. Stick to the mid to large size I would say....

Fabulous product!
I just wanted a one off trophy for a family fun thing that is happening over a family holiday (Come Dine With Me). After finding Trophy Store in a Google search, I was amazed at the choice, how easy it was to order, and the price including an engraved plaque. Delivery was quick, and the item was well packaged. It is only a fun thing, so admit to not being too worried about the quality, but I was truly amazed at the excellent quality also! Thankyou Trophy Store.

Crystal photo frame
I ordered this photo frame for our Son's Wedding, I did have to ring to query how long it would take as I hadn't heard from them, only for the lady to tell me that the factory had made a name error on the crystal so they were redoing it! after that it came within 2 days.We are pleased with the end result.

Distiction for service and style
I ordered my trophy really late in the day and asked if they could get it to me by the 3rd day. They said that would not be possible BUT they would try for the fourth day. I was so delighted when it arrived in 2 days. The crystal towering star is stunning and really 'wowed' my school when I presented it.
