really amazing service
So helpful after my first order didn't arrive - many, many thanks
Friendly, professional, and swift
Very impressed as normal with the service. To begin, only took me less than 10 minutes to find the right product, personalise, enter account details, and place the order.Really impressed that you can order without making an account, because this is really frustrating when making purchases on a website you won't visit often. Hence not getting stupid follow up emails offering me discount on equestrian medals when I've ordered a poker tournament trophy. After ordering, I noticed I'd make a cock up with the engraving. Made a call, and within a few minutes had the bloke at the other end making the amendment. Also gave me an update on delivery estimates etc which were spot on.Arrived in good time, well delivered by Royal Mail too, so a good choice of courier, and not some young lad bombing round in a dodgy van chucking the package behind your plant pot.As expected product. No complaints given the budget option I went for. If I was to be picky I would suggest more prominent engraving, but not an issue for me.9/10
Perfect retirement memento.
Great product, great customer service. I'm not a fan of ordering on-line so when I phoned up about my on-line order, Trophy Store was extremely helpful and patient. The gift was engraved glass; good quality and a fitting retirement tribute. Would definitely recommend and use the Trophy Store again.
