The trophy looked fantastic and arrived on time. Great value for money at only £9.99. It was a bit of a shame that you could only do 15 or so characters engraving for free and then £1 per character as I would have liked to add the name of the winner- could have maybe been 20p per character. But thanks for the great service anyway.

I run a Fantasy F1 Competition and ordered 3 of the Mars trophies for the winners and a donkey trophy for the person in last place, all engraved. Really happy with the trophies and engraving, and arrived in good time. Ordered on 1st Dec, arrived 8th Dec. Very happy with my order. Have ordered before and will order from them again

Celebrating my friends debut novel
I was extremely impressed with the service I was given by the staff at the Trophy Store. They were prompt and very professional in all their correspondence. When I sent them a picture of the book cover I wanted to use for the engraving they matched up the font type perfectly The award arrived a few days after I ordered it and it came in a very nice presentation box. I was very happy with the quality of the award and the engraving. I wouldn't hesitate to reorder from them in the future or recommend them to friends and family.
Amazing customer service
My 6 year old had broken his teams man of the match award during show-and-tell at school and was distraught, so we needed an urgent replacement in time for his next match. Not only did the trophy arrive in time and in mint condition but a pack of sweets was put in the parcel too for my son. It was a lovely touch and put a real smile on my sons face. Thank you so much for saving the day, customer service like that is a rare thing these days so I cannot recommend you highly enough.
