The lady on the phone made a note of the day they needed to be delivered and promised me they would get there. The next day I phoned again to add 1 more trophy I had forgotten. I had ordered a replacement trophy for one of the kids in my football team after it was dropped on the presentation night itself. I easily located the trophy and input the details. I learned that the trophy was on its way. However, on its journey it broke. However, after a quick email the customer services dept sent another trophy free of charge. I can't thank them enough, most companies would charge at least P+P. Not Trophystore however. Will definitely be ordering with you again.

I ordered the most fantastic personalised box with two personalised champagne glasses and a bottle shaped space in the middle for you to put your own bottle in. It was a joint birthday present for my inlaws. I felt some trepidation as I'd never heard of the company and the website wasn't totally user friendly but I was in a hurry so just went for it and I'm so glad I did! I was apprehensive as the website doesn't say precisely how long it would take for the order to reach you (ie. if you order it before X time today, you'll get it by X date). The site does say that delivery would take x no. of days but doesn't say how long you'd need before delivery. Anyway, after scrutinising the small print, I found a 'tell us by when you'll need it and we'll do our best for it to reach you by then,' which was somewhat reassuring so I completed that. After a few days, I was notified that it would arrive in a 1-hr time slot the day before my deadline. The delivery company used even said if the time slot wasn't suitable I could change it. I've never seen that before! I was so impressed! The box itself was beautiful, strictly speaking the present is supposed to be an anniversary present but with the words I asked them to engrave, I managed to change it to a joint birthday present and my inlaws were so impressed. They loved it. The glasses are just beautiful with little crystals on them. I really wanted a personalised presentation box, champagne and glasses but online could only find personalised bottles or glasses but not both. Really, with personalised bottles, as soon as it's been drunk, the bottle's useless and I didn't just want personalised glasses without a bottle all in one gift box so this is a perfect compromise. All you have to do is buy a bottle of champagne or wine to go into the presentation box and once the bottle's been drunk, the recipient can just buy another one to put in it (a bottle of wine would fit in there too). It will always be a lovely and practical keepsake and memory which the recipient can use repeatedly and enjoy drinking out of these beautiful glasses which have their own special place. I might buy it for my own parents for Christmas!
