I have used trophy store several times, this last I time I phoned only a few weeks before requiring the item in the hope that they still had the artwork from a couple of years previously. They came up trumps, not only did they have the artwork, it was modified to my requirement within a few days and despatched soon afterwards and arrived in plenty of time.Everybody I spoke to was extremely helpful and pleasant. I ordered the goods from Trophy Store on the Wednesday and received them at the time promised on Saturday afternoon. Goods were of excellent quality and were delivered at the time promised by the courier. When I phoned in an enquiry the gentleman I spoke to (no answering machine) was pleasant, efficient and helpful. The website was good too, clearly laid out and easy to use.

I was looking for something a bit different for some friends 'who have everything' this Christmas. Taking the safe option of wine they like, we looked online to find a personal 'box' of some kind. We came upon 'trophystore ' and liked the look of the boxes. Most sites we looked at had boxes for either single bottles or three bottles, we wanted two. trophystore had a double box with a 'proper' lid, making it into a box that could be used for other things once the wine had been drunk. The box looked nice so we ordered it. The box arrived within the time stated and to be honest we were more than pleased with it. It was even nicer than it looked on the Web. The design is actually etched into the wood not just transferred on as it appeared on the site. From this one experience I would certainly recommend trophystore. Thank you
