Great prompt service
We needed a hip flask as a gift in a hurry. It was Friday mid-day. After reviewing the site and making a decision I thought it best t ring and check the product was in stock and how quickly I could receive it. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and it was explained clearly how my choice could be fast-tracked so that I could take delivery of it by the Wednesday. I was kept informed at all times with the progress of my order and the courier delivery. Product arrived at the designated time, well packaged. Great, prompt service!
Excellent and very quick service
I ordered the rosettes not exactly knowing what size they would be but when they arrived I was absolutely delighted. The fast service too will make me recommending the company to all my friends who might organize similar events like I do and need rosettes. I have already been asked by one person and I am sure after our competition when many people will see the rosettes on the winning quilts more people will come forward

I wasn't sure how the quality of the engraved plates I had done would be as they seemed highly competitive in price. I was working to a budget but needless to say the end product surpassed my expectations. Thank you Trophy Store, I will be using you again.

Excellent !!!!!
I ordered in a bit of a rush as plans were made late. I needed trophies for my late sons golf memorial, I looked on Trophystore website and found two that I liked the look of. After ordering and contacting them that I needed the trophies pretty quickly, and I received them both just a few days later. I was amazed. Firstly at the great quality of the trophies and secondly that they could fulfill my order so quickly. They were packed very well also. I would definetly order from them again and would recommend them to friends and family, something that I have already done in fact. The service can't be faulted, so THANK YOU Trophystore very much x x
Easy site to use, professional and reasonably priced.
Ordering was easy, delivery details were as scheduled and I knew exactly when I would expect the shipment. I'd definitely use them again.
excellent product, brilliant service
I bought a golf trophy for my friend with a plate on with his name, predictive text got the name wrong before I noticed I had paid for it. I emailed trophy store straight away to ask to rectify spelling. I received an e mail next day confirming the name would be spelt correctly to which I was very grateful. The item arrived as described. An apsolute pleasure buying from Trophy Store. Highly recommend.
Delighted
I am absolutely delighted with my personalised wine box, it is perfect for that extra special gift. Excellent value, rapid and courteous service. Packed wonderfully. My daughter and Mum are already planning on ordering one. I will order again in the future. Thank you.
Great company
I ordered my product on the weekend (non business working day) they emailed me on the Monday morning. I had left a note when purchasing my product (which is a fantastic communication method) I said I needed it by Thursday. But unfortunately it wasn't going to be possible to dispatch it in time. However if I paid £10 extra I could easily get it by Thursday morning. (My desired time) actually £10 was very cheap because the actual cost of the fast track order was going way above my actual product price! They were kind enough to leave it at £10 and I didn't have to pay anything extra! My parcel was delivered on time and was fantastic! Very pleased with my order! Great company, who go the extra mile for their customers.
