Very good service
I ordered 2 rosewood chess sets with engraving. The engraving on one of the sets was incorrect. I phoned Trophy Store and explained the problem and they sent a fresh engraving plate to me by first class post which I received the following day. I then removed the old engraving plate and stuck on the new one. They have a self adhesive backing. I was very pleased with the service and the fact that the fault was promptly rectified. If the need arose I would certainly use Trophy Store again. I should add that both sets were well packed, undamaged and excellent.

Great value for money. My son loved it!
Excellent service
Ordered on a Tuesday using the fast track delivery service and received by the Friday in time for the tournament on Saturday. Excellent service and decent quality for the price. Would highly recommend. However, I didn't find it obvious at which point the fast track service could be added to my order. Trophystore could make it clearer that you must call them once you have added the items to your basket and are ready to check out.
