Excellent efficient service
Items were required quickly so courier despatch was requested. Ordered on the Friday and engraved items were with me by Tuesday. I had texts as well as emails keeping me fully up to date with the order. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Helpful Service and Great Product
We needed our trophy in a hurry for our summer youth camp, I emailed to explain this and received a quick response and our trophy arrived in good time. Great product as well. Happy to recommend this service
All sorted no problem
I ordered golf figure which arrived all ok, promptly but had the personalised plaque stuck on the back of the base! I emailed customer service and explained I wanted it on the front (who wouldn't?) so that it would be on show on a shelf etc, and a new plaque was done and sent to me free of charge - so all now ok. Thank you. Odd mistake but sorted out perfectly.
Excellent Service
I had a letter engraved on a plaque, after several drafts sent to them on my own fault, it was formatted, engraved all within the price. i could not be happier with product.

Everyone was impressed!
It was my first time to host a golf society day, and everyone was impressed with the medals and trophies. The engraving was cute and the rest of the little give aways was fun. Everyone appreciated the fun side of the trophies. The service was very good even the online chat help was quick. Delivery was accurate. I highly recommend The Trophy Store to any one who wants professional service no matter how big or small your Trophies .

Excellent service and good quality merchandise
Wanted an engraved tankard for my sons 18th birthday but was uncertain whether ordering a week before the event was enough time. A phone call to Trophy Store and I was assured that they would be able to fulfil the order in time. True to their word I received the tankard two days before the big day. I would not hesitate in ordering goods from this firm again.
