Quick service and very helpful
On ordering a trophy on the Internet, I quickly received my product but unfortunately found a crack threw the stem. I rang your company and informed the lady on the telephone about the damage. Who asked me to send a photo of my damaged goods. I again received quick service with a sincere apology and a new trophy was sent out. I was very happy with the service I received from this company, and would highly recommend it to any of my family and friends or anyone who is thinking of purchasing any products from this company.
Excellent service
I use Trophy Store frequently, they have a great range, do careful and attractive work (exgraving, customising etc) at very reasonable prices. On one rare occasion an error in dispatch meant I had an item missing, I called up, they said they would call back, did so in under five minutes, dispatched the item almost instantly so it was with me in time for the event. Wonderful. If only some of the other companies I have to deal with could be half as friendly, efficient and helpful!I recommend them unreservedly.
Excellent service
Quick service and kept updated on item until delivered.

Great product with a quick delivery time
I ordered one medal with a ribbon to see how good quality it would be, because the price seems too good to be true, but when that came, I instantly purchased the remaining 9 medals that we required because they were really well made, good quality, and the delivery time was excellent.
