Really pleased, great service, fast delivery and fab product. Would definitely buy again.
service
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received at very short notice - in fact the Trophy was delivered a day early so I had plenty of time and all my worries were abashed
Two beautiful bargain trophies
I ordered a pair of engraved trophies and was skeptical as to what the result would be. At less than 16 pounds a piece with engraving included, the pretty silver trophy in the picture seemed too good a deal to be real. I suspected the materials used would turn out to be flimsy and cheap. So I was delighted when they arrived and were of excellent quality, on solidly made stands with perfect engraving.I don't know how Trophy Store is able to offer these trophies at such a low price, but I do know I won't be looking anywhere else whenever I need to buy a trophy. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service and quality of items received
First time ordering items from the company once I had placed my order I realised that it would take from 5 to 7 days for delivery. That was cause for concern as I needed the trophies within 3 days. I emailed customer service and explained my delema. I received a response immediately from I think his name was Chris advising me that he would ensure that I received the trophies before the presentation date. 3 days later they arrived I was delighted with the products and would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, and colleagues. Great service, great products, and exceptional customer service

Best service around
Quick service, great prices!
I always use Trophy Store - their products are fantastic, the pictures really do not do them justice, they look so much better in really life and are great value for money. The engraving service is easy and they have a super fast turnaround. One time some medals got lost in the post, I called Trophy Store and they quickly got some more engraved and posted out to me on next day delivery to make sure that I had them for my event - and all at no extra cost or trouble. Very happy customer.

Just what was wanted.
It was so easy. The choice was good and the prices reasonable. We found what we wanted and ordered it on line. No bother. And the trophy arrived on time and was just what we hoped for.
Very pleased with our "novelty" trophy.
Ordered a small trophy as a novelty item for a weekly golf completion with friends. Delivered quickly and well packaged. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this small trophy cup, it was much nicer than expected for the money. Engraving was good too. Will definitely use this supplier for any future items. Would recommend.
