We made our order over the phone after taking notes of codes etc on the website. We were treated very well and the person dealing with us was very helpful in suggesting other items we hadn't thought of. I've bought medals and cups from several suppliers over the years for awarding to school children in their various achievements. I know twenty years later these kids still value their awards and therefore I know they need something that looks good and not tacky.This company was outstanding from start to finish. Their website was absolutely packed with a huge variety of awards to suit all budgets. They were excellent value for money. Let's face it, if you are buying for several teams it could get expensive, so this is a consideration. Shopping on line was easy because stock was clearly labelled and web pages not packed with confusing information or excessive imagery. When buying medals there was an immediate link to ribbons and I didn't have to go searching for them. Postage was free and believe me that's rare when buying medals as some shops charge postage on every item bought. The medals arraived within 3 days as promised and I was notified when they were sent out, I could track their delievery and was informed of an accurate delivery time. A totally wonderful hassel free experience. Thank you.

I ordered some glass trophies for an awards ceremony that looked good on the website but at closer inspection the metal star on top of the trophy didn''t look good from the back. When I told Trophy Store about my concerns they offered to replace the trophies with alternatives at no extra cost with no quibbling. Very impressive service - I will be using them again in future and would definitely recommend their service to others.
