Brilliant customer service! and I don't often say that
I placed my order after lengthy conversations with very helpful staff. The order arrived EARLY and each person I spoke to was completely accommodating. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you for your great service!
perfect trophy for our football star
We ordered a female player of the match trophy for our daughters first football tournament in which she was voted player of the match. We wanted to get her a momento of her achievement and found trophy store. The site had lots of different trophies and medals to choose from and we found the perfect one which we could personalise to make it more special. The quality of the trophy was brilliant as was the value for money and delivery was swift. It came packaged very securely with lots of padding.
Happy children in our school choir!
We ordered some trophies for our primary school choir. They were delivered in the expected time, the engraving was as requested and when I showed one at our school assembly today, there was a collective gasp! I have since had quite a lot of requests from children to join our school choir - they haven't quite realised that they don't get a trophy for EVERY performance - we had intended the trophies to be a reward, but they have turned out to be an incentive as well...The trophies were well wrapped (bubble wrap) and arrived in excellent condition.
fantastic
Great service, very speedy and fantastic products. Highly recommend!
Great service
Excellent website and great service. Fast delivery too
Great service. Quality products.
Nervously I placed an order for a trophy and 32 medals. The order process was easier than I thought. They help you with every step. Within a few days I got a message to say that my delivery was on the way. So I knew when they would arrive and who would be delivering them. It was not long before they arrived at my door. The delivery man was well presented and was happy at his job. I am extremely pleased with my order and I know the children who will receive these medals will be proud of them too. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for that special gift. xxx Thank You. xxxx

Simply Five Star
I had come across these guys on a random internet search as I was organising a stag do and needed some medals and some trophies for the golf. I, firstly, used their online chat facility to find out 'if I was to order today (monday), would it be with me by Thursday?' The answer was clear and concise, we can put you on fast track and your engraved goods will be with you by Thursday!! - A bold statement!!Thursday arrived and I received a text message alerting me to the fact that my delivery driver, Clive, would be with my between 12:46 and 13:46 and I could track him on a map. The timing was bang on and the products were of excellent quality whilst not breaking the bank. I would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them for all of your trophy needs.
