Football Trophies - fast service
Excellent service - used the fast track as needed last minute items - arrived well packed and on time. 12 year old boys delighted with them! Colleague commented they are much nicer than the ones his football club gets!Only problem we had was incorrect discs on one batch of trophies - made a call to Trophy Store and they dispatched a set of discs that day.Cant fault them. Will definitely use again. Thanks

Fabulous Service
I ordered the Managers Thankyou trophies for my boys footy team presentation which were great and very well received by the Managers. However I had a slight trauma on leaving my order till last minute and realising I was not gonna receive in time for presentation night. I emailed customer services late on the Wednesday evening who called me by 9 the following day. After speaking to the supervisor the lovely customer service guy ensured trophies would be with me by the Friday. Very pleased customer and very thankful for such a great service. Highly recommended.

It could not have been better
I ordered a crystal trophy which was going to be in memory of my Dad who was in the last stages of terminal cancer and very poorly in a Hospice. The trophy is going to be awarded to the best NCO Air Cadet each year at the Wakefield Air Cadets as my Dad was an Air Cadet prior to joining the Air Force.Dad knew about the trophy and was very moved by the thought of his name living on in a manner that would encourage young adults to perform at their best. The Trophy Store was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to use, the selection was excellent and I thought the prices were very reasonable.I explained to them that I needed the item urgently as I wanted my Dad to see it before he died and they rushed my order through in less than 48 hours. The trophy was absolutely gorgeous - so heavy and classy - just perfect.I took it to the Hospice to show my Dad and he loved it, was very proud of it and was very moved by the significance of it.Dad died a few days later, so genuinely - I can not thank the Trophy Store enough for what they did and for enabling my Dad to see the item that will live on in his name.I will be ordering a personal engraved item each year for the winning Air Cadet to keep, but the large trophy will take pride of place in the Air Cadet Trophy Cupboard year after year.
Excellent
Arrived on time and as described. Would definately use them again.
