Great service excess delivery charge
I needed to order one extra tiny trophy and was charged £6.99 for delivery which was more than the trophy itself. This could easily have been sent with one first class stamp no need for a courier.

I have now purchased 3 trophies from trophystore.co.uk and every one of them has been great.Good value, fast turn around (even with engraving) and excellent communication throughout. My only criticism would be the total number of characters allowed for engraving. I needed slightly more than the maximum so had to re-jig the wording to suit.Otherwise, very pleased with the three products I ordered. One on its own and the second two at the same time. Excellent personal service
Aside from the quality of the trophy being very good, it was the personal service that I received that made the difference. I had made a mistake with delivery times, not seeing that there was a 5-7 business day lag, but I was able to talk to someone immediately who helped me out and we managed to get the trophies delivered on time. Delivery was also exactly as advertised, with a specific 1 hour slot.
