An initial issue but efficiently resolved
I am really impressed by the service from Trophy Store. The products are great, excellent value and delivery was fast. There was an initial issue with my order, which unfortunately had not been checked properly before dispatch. But after writing to customer services, this was resolved straight away and I received replacement components in time for my event. Thanks!

Fantastic last minute service
I purchased some trophies from Trophy Store for our company charity quiz night and was really pleased with both the price and the quality. We didn't get the trophies engraved as we have this done by a local supplier. The quiz night was scheduled for a Saturday and on the Monday before our engraver let us down saying they were too busy despite the fact we had pre-ordered (review for them follows!). I called Trophy Store and whilst it was tight they have stepped in and are "rushing" through an urgent order for more trophies - this time with them doing the engraving! At the time of writing (Tuesday before the Saturday quiz) I am awaiting delivery - I shall update this review when they are delivered :)

Didn't know what to expect as it's the first time I have used them. They all arrived in good time and are of good quality. We did have a small issue with some items, and as I only had a few days to spare, it worried me. But they managed to sort the issue with time to spare. Very pleased and would use again. Thank you

Celebration
Fantastic service, delivery, product and price. Highly recommended.
Worthy of a medal themselves!!
I was apprehensive of using the site as I'd never heard of it before, but I had nothing to worry about. The site was informative, provided exactly what I needed, and even offered extras such as ribbons for medals (in a wide variety of colours) and engraving. My order was processed and delivered in an effective and timely manner and my item looks extremely professional. I would definitely recommend using this site and will be using it again myself.
