Excellent service and product
Good choice of products, with welcome option to have the trophies / medals engraved prior to delivery. Arrived in good time and great condition. All as ordered - no mistakes - thanks very much.
Great customer service
We recently purchased about 20 trophies which were all great. However we accidentally dropped one and you were able to send us another with the same centre disc and engraving, and you even sent us two spare discs so we could replace a disc on another trophy that we purchased at the wrong size, but will use next season. Thank you very much Trophystore.

Fast & Efficient Service
I placed an online order with Trophy Store which I needed within a few days. I sent an email with a ''required by date'' which was acknowledged and confirmed for delivery by required date. I received email updates with progress of the order, which was received on time. I was pleased with the items received, and will not hesitate to use Trophy Store again.
Good quality trophies at competitive prices
Very happy with quality of trophies at a good price. Delivered in good time and overall would use this company again.
speed great, Glass trophy marked.
The speed of the service was brilliant. Unfortunately, I ordered a crystal glass trophy which was quite expensive and there was a noticeaable round ring right on the front of the glass football, I had no choice but to use the trophy as i didnt allow enough time to return it and get another. won''t make that mistake again.
Excellent service and products
I have just ordered a set of trophies for my students and medals for my staff. The quality of the products was excellent and the engraving just added that personal touch. Nice prompt service and I was kept well informed about the progress of delivery. Many thanks
AAA Service
I placed a very short notice order for some custom medals with Trophy Store. They offer an enhanced delivery service if you speak to them on the phone after placing the order. Not only were they friendly and very efficient, but the order arrived exactly when they said it would with excellent updates on it''s status throughout the process. I will certainty use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of product.

Best service ever!
I dealt with a guy called Maxim, he was so helpful, he sent me links to look at suggested medals and trophies, he gave me good prices with the budget I had, he was considerate and caring, and his ideas proved to be the best, he got the medals to me in great time and helped me with wording the trophies, he called me back and kept me up to date with the order I couldn''t have asked for better service anywhere, I will be using the company for many years to come xxxx anne marie
Review of purchase
Ordered a low-cost trophy for a friend and very happy with the product, price and service. Managed to not specify the correct delivery address so went online and go that changed in a matter of seconds - no fuss. So totally recommend to others and will use again.

Engraved Football Trophies
These trophies were brilliant. Very cheap but looked really good. The engraving was free and our school football team were absolutely delighted with them. I would use the trophy store again and would recommend them for good quality trophies and at a great price.
Fantastic
Made an on-line order and afterwards realised I had made a spelling mistake on the text to be engraved! One telephone call later and it was quickly corrected by a polite member of staff. Fantastic service. Trophies arrived quickly and very well packaged. I will definitely be using them again and again.

I needed some cheap medals for a village fete quickly and they helped me choose and promised to get them to me on time. I had to go out when they were to be delivered but was able to change delivery instructions by email while the delivery was about 45 minutes away. All went well and I am very pleased.

Excellent product&customer service
We were impressed with the large selection of trophies. The prices were very competitive . I had to phone to request a emergency delivery as my husband left the ordering late. I did pay for express delivery but I was concerned that it would still be too late. I spoke with Chris and he was so helpful and friendly. The trophies were well received at Monday''s event. So many thanks
