Rugby trophy
Appears reasonable quality, engraving done well, prompt service. Trophy in memory of a dear friend who died too young. He loved rugby and think he would be delighted with this trophy to encourage children to excel in the game.

Excellent Customer Service & Quality Products
I have now purchased around £350 worth of shields, trophies and medals for 2 different community organisations and all items were engraved. Products were to a high standard, engraving was excellent and delivery was very fast. As my orders were within days of each other, I nervously waited on the arrival of the first parcel. There was no need, all products were of excellent quality, packaging was definitely fit for purpose and a call to customer services was pleasantly and efficiently handled. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

A pleasure to do business
I was impressed by the quality of the trophies and found the whole service to be efficient.
First class service
Received my goods when promised. Trophies and engraving all correct. Medals and ribbons too. One medal o ordered was out of stock. Rather than delay the dispatch of my order they emailed me a choice of three alternatives which were better quality than i had orginally ordered at no extra cost to me. So nice to have a company who puts the customer first. Will definitely be using the trophy store again.

Great service
We came at the last minute with various requests and all were fulfilled in a short time period. Really Good customer service.
Very satisfied customer
I ordered an item online, the space allocation for the free inscription of which did not allow enough spaces. As this resulted in a plate two letters short, when on its arrival I noticed there had been room for, I called Trophystore''s helpline, where I was treated with exemplary courtesy and co-operation and an undertaking for immediate remedial action. This was duly and impressively delivered. The trophy itself was just as described.
A really special retirement gift
Loved this, great gift for retirement or similar, the recipient was thrilled. No problems with delivery - came within a week. Superb service, highly recommended, especially for the price.

Fantastic
Unbelievable range of trophies and awards to chose from! I ordered a reasonable size cup style trophy for £20 with free engraving. The top delivery option is also a great choice as it gives you an exact time slot in which your trophy will be delivered as well. Great shop, I wouldn''t chose anyone else!

Great service
Great service - speedy delivery
Outstanding service and good quality
I cannot recommend this firm too highly. They provided on-line advice before I made my order; they were able to use the specific font which I requested and size the lines differently as I wished. The cup arrived when expected, and it felt and looked really good quality. I took it in to my school (I am donating it for Speech Day), & the head teacher was very pleased with it. What more can I say but thank you very much!
Superb
Great value for money....swift delivery....well packaged....thank you
End of season presentation awards
Found what I was looking for on the website, very competitive prices against other companies offering the same service. Easy process to place the order with be-spoke wording on engraving plates, delivery of goods tracked from order to taking receipt of the goods. Can''t fault this company, first time I have used them and will be using them again in the future.
