Trophies arrived in perfect condition and a great job done with engraving. We were kept informed from the minute the order was placed until they were delivered. Excellent Service will definitely use again and would recommend not a problem !!
Fantastic customer service
I needed a last minute replacement for an award which was unfortunately broken. Maxim was fantastic in tracking down my prefious order and sending a replacement to me in time for our Bridge Club''s AGM. A faultless service. Thank you!
Beautiful trophy
This chess trophy was presented in our school rewards assemby to our Chess Champion who was delighted with it, especially because it was engraved with his name and year of chess success. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use them because the quality is excellent and the free engraving is a lovely touch.
Quickly sorted an error caused by me forgetting some items
My fault - I missed off some items when ordering. the kind team at the store quickly amended my order to ensure I didn''t have to pay two lots of postage. Thank you!
Happy customer
I ordered four trophies (three different types) and am happy with them all, seem good quality and a fair representation of what appears on the website. Prices compared well with other suppliers. Ordered on a Monday and arrived the Friday of the week after, so at the outer limit of the scheduled delivery, but no problem. Would be happy to use again.
Fantastic
Great price and fast delivery. Thanks
outstanding service
I needed an award quickly and the trophy store were very helpful. It took a while to work out what I needed to do to get the logo on the award, but once I spoke to them, the whole process was very simple, fast and the product was of a very high quality. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Good quality, great customer service
A very wide range of trophies covering many sports, clubs, styles etc. you get what you pay for, but even the cheaper ones are pretty decent, and you don''t have to pay that much more for a really nice one. Only £15 for a beautiful marble based badminton trophie. I put in my order a little too close to when I needed it, and after a couple of emails they fast tracked it to ensure I had it delivered on time. Friendly staff, clear concise communication and great value for good quality.
Beautiful Trophies
We ordered glass ''shields'' engraved with the school logo and individual student names and subjects for our Upper Sixth Leavers Celebration. They are an expensive investment, but the feedback from Parents, Students and Staff has always been fantastic. They look amazing and the students appreciate the time and effort which goes into producing such a precious momento of their time at the school.

Personalised tankard 21st birthday
I ordered a tankard for my sons 21st birthday. The personalised engraving exceeded more than the 60 characters as shown on the online order form. Upon contacting customer services a very helpful team leader (Chris) assured me this was not a problem, I emailed him the details and within the week the tankard was deliverd. It is perfect. My son is over the moon. Would highly recommend trophy store to anyone looking for that special gift.
