Great efficient service
Ordered on a Tuesday received them the following Tuesday which included weekend and a bank holiday. Glass trophies arrived with no damage to them. engraving looked great on the glassware and the presentation cups.

Very pleased except for one trophy
Good looking trophys, I ordered 7. Very pleased except for one which didn''t have a very good paint job making it look cheap. The paint was chipped in a couple of places and several people commented on this especially as I had the trophy engraved with the words Quality of Manufacture so this made it even worst. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

Golf tour shield
We had mentioned about a shield for our golf tour for a few months, and then suddenly I realised that we were due to go in the next couple of weeks, so the panic was on. I looked online and saw a shield that I liked. I phoned the next day and ordered the said shield. I asked for it to be done quickly as we needed it for when we were due to go. The shield arrived at my place of work within five days, and the engraving and the whole appearance of the shield is spot on, just what I wanted. Now to go and win it !!!! Well done trophystore

Did exactly as promised
Being a bit computer illiterate the website for ordering faster delivery is not obvious but the order did arrive correctly and it was nice to be able to trace the delivery through the DPD system up to my fronf door. A good team all round and the trophies I have ordered so far have always impressed the recipients yet are good value for money. Better than the High Street trophy stores.
