I found what i was looking for straight away, it was of good quality, the service was easy, it was fast delivery considering i had engraving and the price was very good.
PROCESS IN GENERAL QUITE EASY
ALL OK EXCEPT ONE OF THE ENGRAVED PLATES WAS PUT ON AT THE REAR OF THE TROPHY

Brilliant
So easy to use
Saved the day
Managed to order a £200 trophy on Tuesday and it arrived safe and properly engraved on the Friday in readiness for a cricket match on the Bank Holiday Monday. Good quality, excellent service and saved me from an embarrassing situation after being not quite last minute but almost last day!
5 star!!!
Easy, good value, and great products very impressed!!
Engraved trophy - excellent quality and service
Website easy to use and item delivered as agreed. Quality of product and engraving was excellent. Thank you.
Great service, shame the trophy quality was not great
Mine was a last minute order but it was crucial that it got delivered on time. It did. The process worked really well, my parcel was even delivered within the hour that the courier said it would. So very happy with the service, and overall I got what I wanted. It was just a pity that the engraved plates on some of the trophies were a bit wonky. I realise they come from China, but presumably the engraver (in the UK) would have noticed, and a last minute QC check might have picked them out.
What good service
Easy to view catalogue simple ordering even with additional engraving. 1 tip, don''t forget to count spaces in the letter total, Swift and efficient notifications of dispatch / delivery tracking. Product as described when received.

Great products, and they fixed an error with no qubbles
I ordered 4 engraved medals. They looked great (even better in real life than on the webpage). One had a small error and this was corrected without question. This is the 2nd time I''ve used this webpage and I''ll definitely be using them again.

I use the same medals and ribbons regularly and so i got exactly what I expected. The delivery was quick and stress free so I am a satisfied customer.

Good quick service
Quick service
High quality and reliable
As I'm coming to the end of my school year, my class decided to get our tutor a trophy as a way of saying thanks. We decided to get a personal engravement on one of the larger gold trophies.Considering the <£50 price we were amazed at the quality. A quick dust down after taking it out the box made it look very professional and our tutor loved it. The engravement was clear and as requested. Will be using this company again if I need a trophy in the future!
Fishing trophy.
Very impressed with trophy, perfect for brother in laws birthday. Far more robust and detailed than expected.
No dramas, decent products for the price, delivered on time.
Would definitely use this company again. Ticks all the boxes

Great service
I used to get personalised trophies for a corporate team in aid of monthly recognition. They were quick to come back after ordering, delivery turned up in two working day vs the 6 they quoted, underpromise and over deliver philosophy was great. Thanks.

A very simple and trouble free experience. I emailed my order through of the trophies required together with the relevant engraving instructions and then followed that up with a phone call to discuss availability and lead times. The sales girl was knowledgeable and very friendly. Trophy store held high stock levels of everything I wanted and I received everything the same week. I can thoroughly recommend Trophy store.
