no problems at all from start to finish
Brilliantly done
The service was quick and very well done. Would definitely recommend
Nowhere else is good enough
I endeavour to always use Trophy Store for figurines, medals, and trophies.I find a telephone call to one of your advisers, who never take more than a couple of minutes to connect, gives me the best service for my requirements. It's quick, efficient, and I have never had cause for complaint. The delivery process is as fast as I could wish for also.I always recommend your company to other people. Please continue to provide such a good service. Thank you very much.
Great trophy & customer service
I ordered a trophy with engraving for my Grandson for winning a cross country. The trophy is of good quality and value for money. I received good communication & a speedy Delivery. Thank you I will use you again for my Grand children's next achievements.

A very professional service, executed in a very pleasant and helpful manner. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family.RegardsAlan
A Good Experience
I ordered 6 items from Trophy Store and was very pleased with them. They were properly engraved, unlike some other companies who just put a printed sticker on. They are only fun prizes for an annual Summer party, butI think this will be an award winners will keep. Delivery/packaging good, so will order again next year.
Excellent service
Good quality tankard neatly engraved delivered safely and on time......somewhat spoiled for choice
Great value for money
Would use again, definite value for money, quick delivery.
Fast and cost effective
I needed a trophy engraved and fast. It turned up in good time when they said it would and in excellent condition.
Fantastic
Great selection of items. Once ordered, the service was exceptional. I was kept informed of all aspects regarding delivery. Item was dispatched within timescales, and I am absolutely delighted with the product. Would definitely buy from this company again. Highly recommended.

Trophy
Not only did trophy arrive on time but was packed excellently great shop and will buy again as trophy was exactly what I was looking for
Excellent service speedy and helpful
When ordering i managed to duplicate which i only realised in recieving confirmation emails. I called the number and got straight through to a real person (that doesnt happen often anymore!). The lady i spoke to quickly confirmed the correct order and deleted the other one for me.The quality of the produce was excellent and completly as advertised
Very satisfied
The order was placed via the web and was delivered well within the required time limit. The engraving was clear although it seems impossible to place accents on a letter. We were buying trophies for a Welsh drama Festival and the Welsh name required a circumflex accent on the 'w' in Gwyl although I try to convey this every year I still have not succeeded to get it right. Will try again next year. RecomendedGŵyl Ddrama Corwen a'r Cylch
Basketball trophies
Our order was only very small - 4 trophies - but the Trophy Store took care of this tiny order as if it was a 'mega' deal. They managed to solve the problem that our character number was slightly over the 50 limit without any hassle. Delivery was spot on even though we'd left it until the last minute to place the order. Fantastic service, thankyou. Will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent customer service and top quality trophies!
I ordered two trophies which came just over a week later. Postage was upgraded to courier at no extra charge due to one of trophies arriving at the store damaged. Excellent customer service as Trophy Store prioritised my trophies to ensure I received them in good time before my team presentation. Top quality trophies, exactly as described and seen on website.

Every year we purchase medals for our 20+ pre-school children. They have always delivered on time and despite them all having different names on them, they have always been correct. Lovely medals, good quality, great price, and the kids love them.

Excellent again. Always good.
This is the third year I've used this company for my annual ladies golf away weekend as they always have some interesting trophies and great novelty prizes which always make the prize giving go with a swing, so to say!! Well done, see you next year.
Very quick and reliable service.
Very good service and very helpful staff.
Excellent Service and Quality
Easy to order, great advice and prompt communication and delivery
Great value, quality and service
All items in stock delivered in a few days, communicated very well through email to say when items were due. Quality and value of the items were great. Kids felt like they were winners with the professional medals and trophies. Would recommend highly
Excellent speedy service and low prices
Used them twice now and on both occassions I was contacted to double check wording was correct before engraving. Trophies are a fraction of the cost I can buy locally and look much more expensive than they are. Turn around was just a few days. Very happy.
Fantastic Service!
I ordered a trophy last minute with only 10 days before our ladies golf outing this month and I was very nervous about the delivery and the fact that I needed it engraved too. Shouldn't have worried, trophy got delivered with 4 days to spare and the engraving was perfect. Great job guys and 2nd time I've used you. Won't use anywhere else now!
Excellent
Used trophy store a few times now and every delivery was fast with quality trophies and medals, will be using them again, highly recommended.
Absolutely brilliant!
the trophy was only for a bit of a jokey gift but when it arrived I was firstly impressed by the packaging - it was in bubble wrap, brown paper and a box too. When I first saw the trophy I was more than pleased - the wording for the engraving was perfect and, far from being a cheap plastic looking gimmick, it takes pride of place on our bookshelf it looks that good! Will definitely use again if the need arises. Thank you!
