I realised as soon as I'd put in my order that I wanted a different engraving and fired off an email. They responded quickly and made the changes with no fuss at all. They had the option to use DPD which is my preferred courier and finally (and most importantly) the finished product was excellent and exactly what I wanted.Great job!

I ordered the crystal paperweight at the beginning of the week and asked if it could be delivered in time for it to be presented at an event on the Saturday. This, was no problem I was assured by a cheerful and polite person at the other end of the 'phone. The goods arrived on the Thursday by courier service - WONDERFUL!This is a company I will have no hesitation in using again.

I bought a number of medals and was grateful for the updates I received in regards to the lead time and delivery. They were not expensive so I wasn't expecting to receive such a high quality of products. They look amazing and I am still in shock of how great the quality is. So so pleased with my purchase and would most definitely go back to order from them again!!!
Award Winning Trophies!
I ordered a huge batch of trophies, with engravings on a Monday - they arrived safe and sound by Wednesday first thing. Absolutely delighted, the rophies are of excellent quality, the recipients loved them, they were a very fair price for what you got and I really cannnot fault any part of the transaction whatsoever. So you really do deserve a medal. Or a rosette. Or a cup.

Item received promptly and as described. Overkill on packaging, but that is a good thing as I guess they want to ensure product arrives in one piece as intended
