Really personal customer service
My original trophy order wasn't available - which could have ended in a really disappointing experience however Trophy Store dropped me a personal email and call and then spent lots of time with me on the phone to find me a suitable alternative which arrived on time and on balance was actually even better than my original. I was really impressed.

Excellent service
I only ordered 1 trophy of the beer belly variety for our work fantasy manager league. The trophy looks better in person than the pictures and for such a fantastic price it feels of a much better quality than I was expecting. Order and payment process was simple and delivery was excellent. It came when stated and appreciated the text before to let me know when it was to arrive. Superb packing cant be faltered as I have had issues with returns in the past through rival sites. I would highly recommend this site to anyone.
