Ordered my trophy with little time to spare. Phoned the store to explain my issue. Could not fault their service. The day after I ordered, they upgraded my delivery to a courier service and it arrived a day earlier. Courier service is DPD, which if you haven't experienced are brilliant. I knew exactly where they were on the delivery date (and how long he'd be before arriving at my address), due to their tracking service. I even knew the driver's name beforehand!!! Great if you're stuck at home waiting, as you can track your delivery and nip out if need be. A must company to use if you require quality both with the product and service

Trophy sought at short notice
Excellent service. I looked on line, chatted with Rachel via on line chat and then ordered over the phone. As it was a lot of engraving I was sent an email to check it over. I was promised the trophy by a Thursday but as it was to be presented at a dinner I did ask if it could be given priority. It arrived on Tuesday, 2 days earlier than promised. It was word perfect. I was very pleased and will use Trophystore again. Well done all and thanks!
