Seamless service. Website easy to navigate and I appreciate the call and email from the CS team to advise that an item I ordered was out of stock but provided an alternative and even though the option I chose was slightly more expensive the surplus cost was absorbed.

Octagon glass trophy. Brilliant service and product
Excellent service from pre-order to delivery. Needed to ask a few questions and staff couldn't have been more polite or helpful. Because of logo and engraving a proof was sent for me to ok, excellent incase I had made a mistake or it didn't look as I had imagined, but all was great. Then received it within the next couple of days, was updated regularly so knew exactly what was happening and when item was dispatched. Arrived very well packaged and on time. The item looks brilliant and even better than my expectations. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again. Thank you

Excellent service. Order was perfect and delivered on time
I was pleasantly surprised by the fencing trophies I ordered. They were inexpensive and much nicer than I expected. With engraving, which went down really well with the recipients, they were good value for money. The medals were larger than I expected, again good value. Delivery was on time. All in all excellent service. I would like to see you do fencing medals as well as trophies, though the plain medals were good.
As described.
Item was as described, and was delivered promptly.
