Great Customer Service and Product
I contacted several trophy and awards companies before Christmas to have a gift made for my father. The Trophy Store was quick to reply and were able to cater to all my requests for engraving. They even rushed shipping for me so I could have the engraved tankard in time for Christmas Day. I would highly recommend them.
Engraved Trophies
I was asked to order four trophies less than a week before Christmas. I was able to Fastrack the order. I was given a two hour delivery slot and the parcel arrived on time. The quality of the trophies and engraving was very good. I will definitely use this company again.
Thrilled with my purchase
I couldn't have asked for better service. My order was made over the telephone and my specifications carefully noted. The delivery was quick. On arrival the product was not quite stable enough, I reported this to the company. There was no quibble and a replacement was sent immediately and arrived before christmas. Following on from a late order, the items were delivered exceptionally fast. For the price of the item I saw online, I honestly was not expecting wonders, however I am pleased to say that the quality of the products are excellent! I will definately use trophy store again.

I purchased a 'pitch repairer and ball marker' golf key ring for my partner with his initials on. I emailed the team about 3 times after placing my order and they got back to me with in an hour each time! They were extremely helpful and so lovely, even though I was asking ridiculous questions like text size ect. Nothing was too much trouble for them! I also spoke to a couple of people on live chat regarding expected delivery and again they were brilliant!! So pleased I chose them to do my purchase through. The keyring was here within a week, and that was just before Christmas. Perfect quality and my partner loved it as a small gift to top up his Christmas pressies! Highly recommended company!!

Fantastic service and value for money
The whole process of ordering the trophy was extremely simple and 'user friendly'. I placed the order on the 15th Dec and then added engraving, and sent the company logo. The work was completed and the trophy was with me by the 17th Dec! I received regular updates on where it was so I know when to expect it.The trophy itself was glass and came in a beautiful presentation box. Excellemt value for money.

Fantastic service
I ordered pre Christmas and my little trophies' for everyone came on time and expertly packaged. Then I decided I needed an extra one for my god-daughter. I phoned on Saturday morning, just before Christmas, and spoke to a helpful young man called Max. He assured me that we would speak again on Monday and that I would have my trophy by Christmas Eve, Wednesday.He rang me Monday, we sorted the finer detail and payment. My trophy was engraved, and packaged and I received them on TUESDAY. Again expertly packaged and brilliant quality and value for money. This company will go the extra mile to please their customers. I intend to use again and again. Well done Trophy Store. My family loved their unusual awards at Christmas.

I used trophy Store last year and was impressed enough to come back again this year. I umpire a wargames tournament and the players all appreciate having trophies at the end. There is a slight bug on the web site but a phone call to the company is met by a cheery voice and the issue resolved by them with minimal fuss.There was a minor issue with the delivered trophies this year but it was an honest mistake and rapidly remedied by e-mail. This is an excellent company that I heartily recommend.
