First rate customisation process
Ordered a custom engraved glass as a gift for our European Martial Arts Chief Instructor but left it very late!!The staff were very amenable (and it was a weekend) and by Monday the design was complete, the order placed and the delivery promised for Friday (it was needed for the Saturday!).They failed to deliver on the Friday.... they actually delivered a day earlier on the Thursday!! GREAT SERVICE.... and the product exceeded our expectations!
Unlikely yet fantastic product
The product I bought from here was a Christmas present for my partner, an engraved rosewood chess set. I was astonished at finding such a lovely product on the website (given the name, I'd assumed any other products sold wouldn't be half as good as a trophy.. I was wrong) The product was engraved, and was dispatched fairly quickly. I'd politely requested that the delivery driver leaves the item in a specific place. I had plenty of updates via text informing me when the product will be delivered, the exact time and the name and company of the driver.Once the parcel was received (I wasn't at home) instantly I received a text and email to inform me and also a photo of where the parcel was.Once I opened the parcel, the engraving on the product was outstanding and the quality of the product itself was perfect.
Easy - Fast - Quality
Ordered 36 separate medals, each to be individually engraved. Got a confirmation email after placing order, another email to confirm date of delivery and another telling me when the courier would arrive. Great price, good quality, great service. Nuff said?

I ordered two trophies from the Trophy Store, both were exactly as expected and good quality for the price. Delivery by DPD was within the timeframe specified and it was possible to check the driver's progress on their website. All in all, I would recommend the Trophy Store unreservedly.
