Below are just a few of the comments we have received from the thousands of satisfied customers that we serve all over the UK every year.
Top quality items with a service that is second to none!
The Trophy Store handled our relatively large order with ease. The order arrived well within the stated 7 day period with all items very well packaged. Excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble for them, right down to correcting a spelling error in double quick time. This is the second year running we have used the Trophy Store and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
Just as expected and quick delivery.
These are just what we needed with inscription on base. Delivered swiftly by DPD who give an hours delivery slot so we didn't have to hang around all day. Satisfied with all aspects of the service.
fast efficient and easy.
I'd recommended Trophy Store, lots of choice of medals and trophies with a variety of prices.
Excellent customer service
I ordered 8 medals for our school quiz. The day before I needed them just the one arrived. I phoned the Trophy Store, who took details of my order and the problem and said they would call back.I received the return call within 5 minutes, and the outstanding items were dispatched, free of charge, by next-day delivery which was with me by just after 9.There were no arguments, just a genuine apology (and these things happen) and prompt and polite action to rectify the situation.
Perfect all around!
Great shopping experience. Easy to order, good value, trophies were good quality and it all arrived in good time. Thank you!
Very good and quick
Great clear site and we buy from them often.
A thoroughly professional service from start to finish.
Good quality product. Excellent delivery and tracking service.Really pleased with overall experience.
Excellent product, huge shipment cost
This site has great designed products with excellent quality. But these products are reffering mostly to UK customers since the transportation cost is enormus! Imagine that I payed more for transpostation than the product itself! I think that this factor will prevent foreign customers from buying these great products and that's a shame because is the best site I found in my research in terms of trophies.
Great value, great choice, great service! What more can I say!!
There was a great variety of trophies and all at a really good price. Organising the engraving was very easy and not at all expensive. The website is really easy to use and the delivery was very quick. Overall, a very pleasant experience and the winner of our competition was really pleased with quality of the trophy.
Excellent.
No need for 1 sentence when 1 word will do.
Exceeded my expectations in every way.
I wanted to source a good quality trophy that would stand the test of time and serve as a legacy on behalf of my late husband to be held by Warwickshire County Cricket club.It was important to me that it had a wooden base and could be engraved front and back . After looking at several websites, I found Trophy Store.I also found the perfect trophy. Buying online is sometimes a risk , however, they showed me how the inscription would look and I haven't been disappointed. They met a tight deadline, it arrived on time and I'm delighted with it.It is a heavy substantial trophy , and the engraving just makes it.

Exellent service, great coustomer service, supper fast delivery (items dispatched and and arrived the following day. Will use again for my annual event.

Extremely helpful, delivery within time quoted
I ordered from Trophy Store the spiral trophies because we wanted to give these out to our Service Users in an 'Oscar style' event. When they arrived they looked even better than on the website, and, when we gave them out on the event evening those who received them held them just like you would an Oscar. If you want something that looks great then order them from Trophy Store. Definitely will use them again

Fast, efficient service
Very impressed with the speed of the service. Only slight drawback was navigating the website to order bespoke centres, but a phone call quickly sorted that, and the medals were delivered within a week. Brilliant. Will have no hesitation using Trophy Store again, and happy to recommend them. Also happy with the courier used for delivery. They advised when they would deliver - and did!

Trophy Store Gold Star medals are like the real thing!
Thank you for the excellent gold stars. I had ordered six with ribbons to thank members of my family for their efforts to organise a family party, and they were engraved to act as mementos of the occasion. They were very well received and worn throughout the party!
