This is the second lot of trophies that I have ordered from you in the last 12months. I have found a noticeable difference in the service - which previously was good anyway. All the way through the order process I was kept informed and no matter how many times I had to go back to ensure I had the right detail and look for the engraving on the finished product I had realy friendly and supportive interaction with Maxim. The turnaround time was quicker than expected and I was kept updated throughout. The trophies are fabulous and my senior management team are very impressed as well. All arrived in their presentation boxes (only one slightly damaged) which I didn't get with the last lot that I ordered so big thumbs up on that score as well. We will probably be coming back to order some more for our manager of the quarter winners as the boss was so impressed with them. My only recommendation would be to offer a wider size variation on some of the other glass trophies with the gilding and colored glass as we would have ordered from that range if the sizes were available.

Trophy store has a great variety of products and had exactly what I wanted in the way of medals, though there was a mix up with my order where I was sent ribbons of the wrong colour, trophy store quickly responded to my queries and sent out replacements promptly with no trouble at all. I was given the challenge, by the head coach of the under 12 rugby team I coach at, to organise the awards this year - the challenge was for the awards to be bigger and more significant, but not costly, because it will be the last time we shall be giving individual and we had a limited budget. The Trophy store was recommended to me by a friend and I found the site to be easy to use, understand and order from. I found the on-line customer service, which I had to use only because my own inefficiency!!, to be friendly, really helpful and quick. The service from the company was first class, I was quoted a 7 day delivery service, in actual fact in turned out to be a 5 day service (it should be noted this also included a bank holiday (or two)). In conclusion, I found the product to be first class, the on-line helpdesk to be excellent and the service top notch - I would definitely recommend the Trophy Store!! Thanks to all those who saw our delivery arrive quickly and safely!

I was very impressed with the instant messaging facility on The Trophy Store's easy to use website. I was able to have some questions answered immediately before placing my order. Even though it was early in the morning, there was somebody there to answer my queries to my satisfaction. Slick website order process, easy to find what i was looking for, engraving options were simple, prices extremely reasonable, delivery quicker than expected, no problems encountered whatsoever.Only downside was having to dispose of the vast amounts of protective packaging. SW Rugby Club ordered twenty trophies individually marked. As I say sat down and ordered these items over the weekend and had them during the week giving me time to check things off label as necessary for the presentation weekend and have the option to order more if needed. I was asked to look at obtaining some trophies for a cycling event being run. From initial contact to receiving the order was less than a week (including the engraving on 9 trophies).
