I Have recently made a purchase from Trophy Store and would recommend them the Trophy was beautifully engraved and presented in a gift box and was fantastic value for money the customer service when i rang to talk to them was excellent will be using them again thank you for an excellent service
Great service
Site is easy to navigate despite vast number of options. Order was easy to place including a special request for the inscription required, delivery information was given on an almost daily basis and made within the week at the time specified. Could not have worked better plus the trophy ordered was excellent in itself.Adrian LucasKent.

Hungry for your business and excellent customer service
I couldn't fault this company. From the minute I emailed a question through to customer service I felt treated like a VIP and I only ordered 10 small trophies!I received a fast and thorough response, was guided through the booking process personally over the phone, everything was documented and I received constant updates on the delivery of my personalised items. They are good value for money, were well-packaged and there was a speedy turnaround. I couldn't have asked for more. I see no point in shopping around the next time I order, I shall simply use the Trophy Store.
Re: Brilliant
I purchased fourteen trophies for a five a side stag match I was having between my family and my partner's family. Even though I paid for express delivery, I was still very shocked and pleasantly surprised on how quick I received the item. Presented in a box and without even the slightest damage, I was chuffed with my purchase. Would recommend in a heart beat and will use in the future. The guys loved the trophies! Many thanks.
Regularly great service at good prices
I've used trophy store before. They've never let me down for quality of trophy/medal and speed of delivery. This time was no exception, so when it comes to end of season awards next time, I'll be back.

They say you get what you pay for. I paid good money and got good quality goods.
Great, fast, reliable service!
Took under and week to receive just under 50 engraved trophies! Well packaged and all trophies and engraving at a very high standard. Kept informed of the progress and delivery. Highly recommended and would definitely order from again.
well done
excellent service
Excellent in Every Way
Every time I order the little Archery trophies from The Trophy store they arrive really fast - the engraving is excellent and the quality of the trophies themselves is Awesome I would recommend them everytime
Excellent customer service
There was a slight problem with the trophy and they were fantastic - another one was despatched immediately, no quibbles!
Fantastic service - should have come here first.
I contacted the Trophy Store after I had been let down by another company I had found online (Allsports Awards). From beginning to end the Trophy Store did what they said they would and even when I had to add a few trophies to the order it was no problem and they all came at the same time. I used the Express Service (which is sorted over the phone) and the trophies arrived, well-packaged and unbroken, on time. The Trophy Store use DPD for deliveries which is great as they give you a one hour time slot for delivery and give you contact details and alternative options - no hanging around wondering if your parcel is actually going to arrive. I would recommend Trophy Store to anyone without hesitation - fantastic service, huge range of trophies at very competitive prices, but most importantly friendly, helpful staff who leave you believing they will actually do what they say. Restored my faith in internet shopping and I will definitely use them again without looking anywhere else. Thank you for saving the day!
I saw I bought They came
Good quality products, dispatched very quickly, will definitely use Trophy Store again.
First class service and product
Recently purchased 7 medals for a forthcoming golf day in Spain. It turned out my bronze medal selection was out of stock so the company kindly offered to upgrade my gold, silver and bronze medals to the next spec up, all 3 at no extra cost. They came in a timely manner and the products were well worth the price. Couldn't recommend this company enough, they even engraved the crudely worded booby prize with no issues. Thanks again
Really outstanding service
I ordered a clock with engraving from Trophy store, it arrived ontime and in exceptionally well packed box (must have used at least a tree!)Thanks very much

Impeccable service, incredibly friendly, they go above and beyond.
Been using Trophy Store for a few months now in the context of a semi-professional minor league ice hockey team. Their prices are ultra competitive and the cost of engraving just makes them so much more accessible than anywhere else. Had an "issue" with my last order but the service I received in fixing the problem was simply superlative. So so so recommended. Don't use anyone else.

Stunning
A beautiful trophy to be given in remembrance of my late husband. It was just what I was looking for. It is unfussy and sparkles with refracted light. It is a trophy that I am proud to donate. Quite stunning.
Brilliant Service
I ordered the goods on a Saturday. They arrived a day early. Trophy's were true value for money , and the engraving was high quality.Highly recommended
Very good company
Very pleased with a statue. Customer service very quick and answered all my questions. Statue made of plastic resin very tough not hollow. From distance looks like real gold metal but from closer look you can see some imperfections. Despite that excellent product for money. Delivered in 4days after order.
