Quick, flexible and very attentive: great service.
My order was not very substantial, but was handled in an an exemplary manner. The engraving I wanted on my trophies was for a particular date, and when I had to reschedule the event, they were as helpful as could be. Although it was to late to stop dispatch, they suggested a solution which meant that I could get back in touch with them when I had a revised firm date. When I did so, they recalled the situation completely and have now set the solution in hand. Excellent and friendly service all round.

Accidentally dropped a football trophy that my twin sons' school football team had won in a school's tournament! Smashed into 100 pieces! Ordered an exact replica which required engraving. Was given an hour's window for delivery. Arrived 1min early, had to wait as not allowed to deliver early. Fantastic timing and service. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic customer service.
