When the product arrived, it was exactly as they had advertised, and the engraving was great. Brilliant Service and Great Quality!
This was my first order with the Trophy Store. It won't be my last. They were very good, even taking the trouble to phone me to suggest special delivery when I mentioned that I needed the trophies by a certain date. The order arrived, very safely packaged, on the agreed date. Very good and I shall use them again.

I ordered trophies and medals online, followed up with a telephone call to change the delivery address, all of which was dealt with in the most friendly and courteous manner by Trophystore staff. The whole order was delivered in four days, absolutely brilliant service. I am a regular/returning customer, and have been ordering from the Trophystore for three or four years now, I can guarantee outstanding and speedy service. The product range is also excellent, but you can see for yourself on the website.
Cracking customer service
I made a mistake with the engraving I wanted and was very happy with their flexibility and quick communications to change this issue. Came within one week, which obviously is more taxing for large orders, but overall very good. My only criticism is the use of DPD as a postal service. They're not flexible with returns, and if I happened to be unable to sign for my order, I would have had to make a 40 mile round trip to their depot. Would recommend a Royal Mail service as this would perhaps lead to greater customer satisfaction. Nonetheless, nothing to fault with my personal experience so 5 stars and recommendation all the way.
