I had visited a number of local trophy retailers before deciding to look online. When I found the Trophy Store site I quickly realised that they had a very wide choice across all price ranges. I selected my preferred trophy and it was then simple to complete the order, including arranging engraving. I received a "proof" for my chosen engraving within 12 hours and the finished trophy arrived within 7 days. Trophy Store were not the cheapest but the product is high quality and I would certainly recommend Trophy Store to others.

I ordered a trophy on Friday 7th. Feb. with a logo and lettering engraving, I Okayed the artwork on Monday night 10th. Feb. the trophy was with me on Thursday 13th. I could not have got better service locally than that. The person I spoke to could not have been more obliging and understanting, very professional setup.

Had absolutely no problems with Trophy Store. I used the online chat box, and got a very friendly and helpful member of staff. Phil phoned me and helped to change the delivery costs, as contrary to what the site said I do not live in the Highlands of Scotland. The trophies I ordered arrived within a week, complete with engraving. I have now placed our end of year trophy order with them , a further 34 trophies.
