Good on line image, fast despatch and good quality
Excellent service
Nice trophies at reasonable prices.
Ordered several trophies for our social cricket team's annual 'do'. All arrived safely and accurately inscribed - presumably inscription results in longer delivery time but this wasn't a problem. Staff helpful and courteous when dealing with enquiries.
Swift, customer friendly process and product
I found the process very straightforward from ordering to delivery!
A great easy to use website and safe delivery
The website was very easy to use even when adding custom engraving. Delivery was reasonable and fast. The trophy itself was pretty much perfect.
Great Quality Service and Product
We recently put through an order for 17 glass trophies which we're all engraved. The Throphy Store helped us decide on the best product for the order as well as advice on engraving. We did have a slight issue with part of the engraving - but throughout arrange replacements items Trophy Store where professional and considerate. We would recommend Trophy Store to everyone, and will be using them again ourseleves.
Very happy and satisfied with the service and products - I will use them again.
I ordered 2 trophies for a small group having a fun bowling night. They arrived very quickly with engraving done as we asked, and they looked great! The team were really taken with them. Cant get better service
I have used Trophy Store for over 2 years and they have been exceptional. Fantastic customer service, from my initial enquiry to delivery. Chris kept me up to date and answered all my queries, making me feel that my ordered mattered to him as much as it mattered to me. I wont use anyone else. My order took less than a week from start to finish.
Superb value for money, quick delivery, fantastically packaged, every engraving correct, what more could you want.
This was my first experience of ordering trophies worth over £300 for the National Accordion Organisation. The products were great, wonderfully packaged to prevent breakage or scratching, and all correctly engraved. The internet site was easy to navigate and I love the big brochure that came with the trophies. We have already begun to choose for next year. The trophies were as shown and the measurement guide was really useful. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

First time customer - will use Trophy Store again
I had looked at a few places to find the type of acrylic engraved trophy that I wanted, and Trophy Store seemed to have it. The process was painless and I was impressed with their attention to detail, which included letting me know when they had a problem with part of the engraving.Their turn round was as promised and the end product was well presented, which allowed me simply to repackage the box and send it on to the winner.I have previously used a brass plaque for this prize, but the new option I now have not only looks better, but Trophy Store has made it a much less complex process
Fast & reliable
We needed trophy & medals for my son's Xbox birthday party. They arranged every thing quickly and delivered as promised ill use them definitely in future .
Excellent from start to finish
Great website - nice and clear. Really good communication. prompt delivery, well packaged and exactly as ordered. Many thanks and no complaints at all.
Outstanding service and a fabulous trophy
I was looking for a special trophy to present to my daughters danicing school. My daughter, Jade, was presented with The Mo Baker Award last year, in honour of a lovely lady who sadly passed away. Everyone at the dancing school knew Mo so it was an honour for my daughter Jade to receive the title. She was presented with a medal but I had the idea of presenting a lasting memory of Mo to the school. We searched for a trophy but weren't happy until we found the Trophy Store. Jade and myself searched the website, which is fantastic and found the ideal trophy. To my surprise, it was engraved without extra cost and had arrived within the week.Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Great, fast service. Product exactly as advertised.
These guys were easy to deal with, very efficient and as a bonus - the best price I found online. Highly recommended.
Smooth and easy to use website and a nice product.
The service was good and I received my trophy with no hitches. They could have given me a better idea of the time scale in that I had to email to find out when I could expect my purchase but, all in all, no problems. The product was exactly what I had expected and arrived in excellent condition due to the vast amount of packaging. Maybe a little less packaging next time, Trophy Store!
SUPERB SERVICE, PRICE AND QUALITY
I bought a small trophy for my nephew as he was reciting a Robert Burns poem. I had it engraved with his name, name of the poem etc for under £15.The trophy was a small cup with a heavy base with ribbons on either side. The delight when he was given this was worth every penny. I have spent 10 times this on presents and not received the same reaction. It was worth every penny for quality, service and ease of ordering.I would thoroughly recommend using the Trophy Store and will be back for sure
Excellent
Would use again and recogmend .

I recently purchased a number of trophies from Trophy Store, as they had a great selection at extremely reasonable prices. The items arrived promptly, with the courier offering a choice of delivery dates, and an hour time window.Upon opening my order, all items were very carefully packaged and undamaged. The quality of the trophies themselves was actually above my expectations.I would definitely use Trophy Store again, and unhesitatingly recommend them.

BIRTHDAY TROPHY
Ordered the stunt biker trophy with birthday/name engraving for my youngest grandson, having previously purchased the same model for his older brother. Both were delighted with their trophies. The quality of the model and the engraving were excellent and would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any future purchases.
