I phoned for advice because we needed a logo on a glass trophy. The lady was very helpful. We changed things quite a few times before actually ordering and nothing was to much trouble. The item was delivered at the time they said it would be.

Just what I was looking for...
I was searching for some trophies we could present at a Staff Awards party that fitted into our party theme and found the cut glass trophies online, The ordering was really simple and being able to have them personalised was a great option. I really liked the follow up emails I received letting me know how the order was progressing and about the delivery. The trophies arrived in good time and in a lovely presentation box. There were no problems whatsoever with my order and the trophy itself exceeded all expectations! I ordered the large glass golf ball trophy for our golf society and I think the members will be very impressed. The quality and weight are great. The engraving is accurate and lovely. I missed the delivery the first time around and so left a message with DPD that the trophy could be left somewhere safe, like the wheelie bins. DPD left the trophy in the wheelie bins and so I even had a follow up phone call from Trophy Store to ensure Id got to the trophy before the bin men! No complaints at all. Thanks!
