A Totally Fantastic Experience
I ordered trophys for our staff awards, I viewed them online and chose the ones I wanted and placed the details of the engraving on the order, one of the trophies was out of stock but I was offered a fantastic replacement and the quality of the whole order was outstanding and with the prompt delivery it made the whole process perfect. I will definately be using Trophy Store again.

As always I leave everything to the last minute but one phone call to a very helpful young lady and my order was placed. Ordered Tuesday and delivered 2 days later. From finding the shield we wanted, personalising it with the relevant badge, ordering through to delivery, Trophy Store have been brilliant. The quality of the shield is fantastic - especially considering the cost! We were kept informed of where the delivery was up to at every stage and even given a clear time it would be delivered (within an hour) - but even then we could track on line exactly where our trophy was up to. Some of the best customer service you can receive
I had a couple of issues with my order as it had been placed close to the Christmas break but I used the online chat service to query them with a lady called Valerie who could not have been more helpful. She was able to help me change the address for delivery and also promised a call back later that day to tell me that it had been done. She then followed through on this promise and made the call and the trophies arrived at the new address the following day. All too often you find that companies are not prepared to help you but this was an example of someone assisting the customer all the way and helping me out with what I needed. Highly highly recommended.

I ordered 4 different sports trophies and opted for the speedy delivery. When speaking to these guys on the phone they were friendly and helpful. The trophies arrived on time (before xmas!) and were great quality - much better than I expected for the price. The messages engraved were spot on too.
